All firm pricing is per user, per month, in Canadian dollars. Volume discounts apply automatically based on your seat count.

Annual billing offers an additional 16.7% discount (two months free) on top of any volume discount. Firms of 150 or more seats receive custom pricing tailored to their needs — please contact us to discuss.

Pricing FAQ
Is there really no credit card required?
Correct. The Free plan requires no payment information at all. The Pro 30-day trial also requires no credit card — you only need to provide payment details if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
How does per-seat pricing work for firms?
Each accountant on your team is one seat. Volume discounts apply automatically based on your seat count — 7.5% off at 10 seats, 12.5% off at 50, 17.5% off at 100. Firms of 150+ seats receive custom pricing.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your account portal. Annual billing saves 16.7% (two months free) and stacks on top of any volume discount.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier. Your settings and data are preserved if you choose to resubscribe.
What currency is pricing in?
All Strata by Accountive pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD), regardless of where you're located. Your bank handles any currency conversion at their rate.
Do you offer refunds?
Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable but may be cancelled at any time, with Pro access continuing through the end of the current billing period. Full details in our Refund Policy.
