What We Ask
Monthly check-in response

We send a short monthly check-in or survey. Responding is the baseline minimum to stay in the program.

One meaningful interaction per quarter

Beyond the monthly check-in, we ask for at least one substantive interaction per quarter — a bug report, a feature request, or a positive post about Strata on social media tagging Accountive.

Direct feedback, not public

Beta participants agree to bring feedback, concerns, and bug reports to Accountive directly rather than posting publicly during the program period. We want to hear it — we just want to hear it from you first.

Inactivity Policy

If a beta tester has had no interaction with the program for 90 consecutive days, we reserve the right to remove them and revoke their Pro license. We will provide 30 days written notice before any removal.
