Common Questions
What browsers does Strata work in?
Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera — any Chromium-based browser. Firefox is not currently supported.
Will Strata slow down QBO?
No. Strata is built to be lightweight and only activates the tools you open. It does not run background processes that affect QBO performance.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. Strata operates within your existing QBO session and never transmits your financial data to external servers. It reads from QBO's own API using your authenticated session, and your data stays in QBO. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens when Intuit updates QBO?
We monitor QBO updates continuously and push Strata updates when QBO changes affect the extension. Maintenance updates are part of the subscription.
Does Strata work with QBOA?
Yes. Strata fully supports QuickBooks Online Accountant. Several features are built specifically for QBOA — Bulk Client Setup, Settings Templates, Deactivate Cancelled Subscriptions, and Ghost Client Detection are all QBOA-only workflows.
